Sorrento, Vietri, Paestum: three worlds in one coastline. Ceramics, street food, DOP dairies and Greek temples.
Forget bus photos. The real Coast is discovered with your hands: clay in Vietri, DOP mozzarella in Paestum, Sorrento lemons.
From Sorrento to Paestum, local guides, certified products. Mozzarella DOP, Limone IGP, 1600s ceramics, 5th-century BC temples.
4 experiences. All real. All bookable.
The tour takes place in the afternoon, when the day winds down and you can discover the true essence of Sorrento. Walking through narrow streets you'll learn about its history, lemon groves and olive oil, cheese and wine production.
An expert guide leads you through cultivation, production and tasting of local products. You'll visit a local cheese and limoncello factory. Highlight: a bruschetta tasting with fresh homemade bread, extra virgin olive oil, local cheeses, salame, vegetables and a glass of wine.
The tour is in the afternoon for a reason: evening Sorrento transforms. Bus tourists are gone, alleys empty, cooking smells drift out. It's another city. You taste limoncello where they make it — not in a tourist bar.
A food walking tour discovering Vietri's most authentic flavours. From Piazza Matteotti through ceramics history to tasting at five stops in the old town.
With expert local guide: first, buffalo mozzarella DOP. Second: bruschetta with local tomatoes and olive oil, with Campanian wine. Through colourful alleys: pizza a portafoglio — folded like a wallet. Then cuoppo di mare — fried catch of the day in a cone. Finale: artisan Amalfi Coast limoncello.
The cuoppo changes daily depending on the catch. Not a fixed menu. And pizza a portafoglio is eaten walking. If you eat it sitting down, you're doing it wrong.
Vietri's ceramic industry has millennial origins. The Costiera's colours find their greatest splendour in glazes and decorations produced since the 1600s.
Tour of Villa Comunale panoramic spots, alleys, courtyards and artistic panels. Watch production and become an "artisan" for a day: shape clay or paint the donkey, bell, pufferfish. Closing with limoncello.
Don't buy ceramics on the main street — double price, often mass-produced. Ask the guide for courtyard workshops. Imperfections make them unique. The Vietri donkey is the symbol: if one looks at you sideways, that's the right one.
A full day in the Cilento. Private transfer from Paestum station to a local dairy for a guided visit discovering Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP production, followed by tasting lunch with wine and dessert.
The historic dairy has raised buffalo for generations. DOP production: from milk filtration to spinning. Visit the buffalo farm. Tasting of mozzarella, ricotta, cheeses and Cilento cured meats. Then the Archaeological Park: temples of Hera (560 BC), Athena (500 BC) and majestic Neptune (5th c. BC).
The Temple of Neptune was built without mortar — surviving 2,500 years of earthquakes. Ticket includes park and museum.
Local guides, real producers. Zero tourist-package folklore.
