A sensory journey among indigenous vines

Sensory journey through Irpinia's territories, immersed in nature. Dedicated to the "grape cycle": aromatic herbs, roses, fruit trees and the unique barrel room atmosphere.

Guided tasting of four labels — single vineyard cru, limited to about 2,000 bottles. With Chef's bread, olive oil and garden pâté. Territory of Taurasi, Aglianico, Fiano, Greco di Tufo. They've revived a vanished variety, Sirica, vinified in purity.
