Irpinia, Sant'Agata de' Goti, Gragnano. Underground cellars, Falanghina, artisan pasta. The Campania no tour operator will show you.
A Campania absent from Instagram. Cellars 16 metres deep where Falanghina was born, Taurasi DOCG vineyards, a pasta factory working like in the 1900s.
Irpinia: the green heart. Sant'Agata: medieval village on a tuff cliff. Gragnano: city of real pasta. Off the Beaten Path is for those who want more than the postcard.
4 experiences. All real. All bookable.
Sensory journey through Irpinia's territories, immersed in nature. Dedicated to the "grape cycle": aromatic herbs, roses, fruit trees and the unique barrel room atmosphere.
Guided tasting of four labels — single vineyard cru, limited to about 2,000 bottles. With Chef's bread, olive oil and garden pâté. Territory of Taurasi, Aglianico, Fiano, Greco di Tufo. They've revived a vanished variety, Sirica, vinified in purity.
Premium: "Tour, Wine & Hirpinian Flavours" — 7 unique labels with historic vintages, in the Wine Theatre cellar, with Alta Irpinia products by the Chef.
An experience in the historic cellars of Sant'Agata de' Goti, birthplace of Falanghina.
Descend 16 metres underground among barrels and vintage wines. See the first bottle of Falanghina ever produced. Tasting of three vintages with bruschette, local products and olive oil, with music.
Sant'Agata de' Goti hangs on a tuff cliff. Approach from the low road and look from the bridge: one of Campania's most spectacular views, unknown to tourists. Cellars are beneath the village, carved in rock. Falanghina was born here.
Tour of the historic cellars where Falanghina was born. 16 metres underground.
See the first bottle. Handmade pasta class. Then a special lunch: your pasta with 2 DOC wines, dessert and music.
The "complete" version. 2 hours? Choose the simple tasting. Half a day? Unbeatable: cellars, pasta and lunch with your creation.
Guided visit to Gragnano for true gourmets! A tour of a splendid pasta factory where the famous Pasta di Gragnano is born.
The 4D immersive experience takes you to old Gragnano: Via Roma, streams of the Valle dei Mulini, breezes from the Lattari Mountains. Watch pasta-making art and hand-done packaging.
The difference between Gragnano IGP and industrial: physics. Bronze dies = rough surface (holds sauce), slow drying = wheat flavour preserved. The Valle dei Mulini microclimate was the natural "oven" since the 1500s.
Local guides, real producers. Zero tourist-package folklore.
